What is the star system?

The star system calculates the number of stamps that were handled by Poppe Stamps Philipppines, Inc. in the last 3 years:

0 – 2 stamps	6 stars
3 – 5 stamps	5 stars
6 - 10 stamps	4 stars
11 - 25 stamps	3 stars
26 - 50 stamps	2 stars
>50 stamps	1 star

As time goes, the system will become more and more performant.

The BUTTON selection

There is an ongoing process of sorting out all stamps by their characteristics and qualities. You can use the result:

If you click MINT, you will only get Mint stamps displayed.

If you click USED, you get only well cancelled stamps.

If you click BOTH, you get the mint and well cancelled stamps.

If you click STUDY, you get stamps with cancels in the subject, not perfectly centered, small defects, bizarre features etc… There is a wealth of STUDY material for the student on stamps, at very low prices.

If you click ALL, then you get all stamps, from the best to the worst quality, from the highest pricing to the lowest.

YOU CAN CHANGE THE BUTTON SELECTIONS WITHOUT MAKING A NEW SEARCH! But give it some seconds for the results, as the servers have to search in several million stamps.

THE SEARCH FUNCTION

If you use this SEARCH, then you get a display of ALL stamps within a given search.

This SEARCH is LINKED to your BUTTON SELECTION on the left.

It is different when you click on a COUNTRY NAME or a THEME NAME: then you get a display of all available stamps, linked to your BUTTON SELECTION once more. But you will have to click in this case on the stamp of your choice to make your final selection of the best one or the one you like most among these.
